Modern technology has broken down all the barriers to creating great releases. But the process of recording your music still requires organisation, commitment and technical knowhow. In this workshop we will look at:

  • How to organise yourself - and how being organised keep free up your creativity.
  • Getting the most out of songwriting and the demo making process.
  • Setting up a home studio, as well as working with studios and other recording professionals.
  • The technical processes behind making a quality recording, including signal flow, gain staging, mic placement, and more.
  • Understanding the mixing and mastering processes.
